Brian Harrison, a Republican elected to the Texas State House in 2021 to represent the state’s 10th House district, has recently expressed strong criticism of current developments in Texas through a series of posts on his social media account.

On August 6, 2025, Harrison questioned the pace of action on an unspecified issue, posting “Why hasn’t this been done already?? Texas projecting a lot of WEAKNESS right now! https://t.co/w7GbRp9ETP”. Later that same day, he added another brief statement: “It’s embarrassing…. https://t.co/K9kgAnb1HR”. In a subsequent post at 21:34 UTC, Harrison informed followers about an upcoming appearance, writing “Coming up next on @barrycunningham. Tune in!”.

Harrison assumed office following his election in 2021, succeeding Jake Ellzey as representative for Texas’s 10th House district.
