Brian Harrison, a Republican elected to the Texas State House in 2021 to represent the state’s 10th House district, expressed criticism of political opponents and recent legislative sessions in a series of posts on September 4, 2025.

In his first post at 18:58 UTC, Harrison commented on political rhetoric and his service under President Trump: “You can count on Democrat enablers like Leach to parrot the same anti-Trump talking points Secretary Kennedy is having to dispel today. Proud to have been entrusted by President Trump to help lead the largest government agency on earth. I will never apologize for helping https://t.co/5PzwGy3Jsp https://t.co/So5dJFvPvD”.

Later that evening at 21:02 UTC, Harrison challenged characterizations of recent legislative activity: “Anyone telling you these sessions were ‘conservative,’ ‘big wins,’ or that the Texas House was ‘reformed’… are either lying, misinformed, or being paid to gaslight you. https://t.co/KeX2tRyO5x”.

Shortly after, at 21:09 UTC, he reaffirmed his commitment to transparency: “It’s my honor… Texans deserve the TRUTH about their government. https://t.co/PEMtbc6Jmx”.

Harrison took office following a special election in which he succeeded Jake Ellzey as representative for Texas’s 10th House district.
