On Wednesday, April 23, former Waxahachie High School standout Bryten Burns’ current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Norfolk State Spartans.

The game took place at Anderson Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.

It was the last North Carolina Tar Heels’ game this season
