On Friday, April 18, former Burleson Centennial High School standout Matt Stancliff’s current college team, the McNeese State Cowboys, lost 13-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.

The game took place at Joe Miller Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Islanders this season.

The Cowboys’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at Joe Miller Ballpark against Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.
