The median sale price of a home sold in 2025 in Tarrant County rose by $1,782, while total sales increased by 13.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.
Throughout 2025, 28,219 homes were sold in the county, with a median sale price of $163,438. This is a 1.1% increase over the $161,656 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 24,877 homes sold.
U.S. home prices continued to rise in 2025, with the national median reaching about $447,000 in June. That’s up 1.13% from a year earlier, according to Redfin. The data also show a significant gap in supply and demand, with 36% more sellers than buyers (a difference of 508,715 homes).
