The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2025 in Tarrant County rose by $5,433, while total sales decreased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2025, 5,702 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices around averaging $165,000. This is a 3.4% increase over the $159,567 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 7,174 homes sold.

U.S. home prices continued to rise in 2025, with the national median reaching about $447,000 in June. That’s up 1.13% from a year earlier, according to Redfin.
