City Of Plano issued the following announcement on April 28.
Thursday, April 30 at 6:30 a.m. to Friday, May 1 at 7 a.m.
Parker and Coit Intersection
Only a single outside lane for thru traffic in each direction will be open. No left turns will be allowed. Please consider an alternate route as we repair a large pothole.
