Ovilla median home valuations fell by 35.9% in 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2020 in Ovilla fell by $73,085 while total valuation decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $130,585 - a 35.9% decrease over the $203,670 median valuation for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Ovilla in 2019.
