How did home valuations perform in Ovilla during 2019?

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2019 in Ovilla rose by $10,735 while total valuation decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median home valuation of $203,670 - a 5.6% increase over the $192,935 median valuation for the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Ovilla in 2018.
