Home valuations decreased in Ovilla during the first half of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Ovilla fell by $2,995 while total valuation remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $130,585 - a 2.2% decrease over the $133,580 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ovilla in the first half of 2019, as well.
