Median home valuations in Ovilla rose to $203,670 in the second half of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Ovilla rose by $27,915 while total valuation decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $203,670 - a 15.9% increase over the $175,755 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Ovilla in the second half of 2018.
