Falling home valuations in Ovilla in the first half of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Ovilla fell by $90,910 while total valuation decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $133,580 - a 40.5% decrease over the $224,490 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Ovilla in the first half of 2018.
