How did home valuations perform in Ovilla during the first half of 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Ovilla rose by $39,845 while total valuation increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median home valuation of $224,490 - a 21.6% increase over the $184,645 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Ovilla in the first half of 2017.
