The first half of 2017: Home valuations in Ovilla increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Ovilla rose by $90,310 while total valuation remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $184,645 - a 95.7% increase over the $94,335 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Ovilla in the first half of 2016, as well.
