Home valuations increased in Ovilla during the fourth quarter of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Ovilla rose by $7,225 while total valuation decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $194,355 - a 3.9% increase over the $187,130 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Ovilla in the fourth quarter of 2018.
