How did home valuations perform in Ovilla during the first quarter of 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Ovilla rose by $64,760 while total valuation remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $249,405 - a 35.1% increase over the $184,645 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ovilla in the first quarter of 2017, as well.
