Ovilla home valuations rose in the second quarter of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Ovilla rose by $30,385 while total valuation remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $123,070 - a 32.8% increase over the $92,685 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ovilla in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
