June 2018: Home valuations in Ovilla increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2018 in Ovilla rose by $103,015 while total valuation remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median home valuation of $226,085 - a 83.7% increase over the $123,070 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ovilla in June 2017, as well.
