What happened to the median home valuation in Burleson during the second half of 2019?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Burleson rose by $7,116 while total valuation increased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 152 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,092 - a 4.3% increase over the $164,976 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Burleson in the second half of 2018.
