The second half of 2019: Kennedale experienced a 5.6% drop in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Kennedale fell by $10,648 while total valuation decreased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 109 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $178,354 - a 5.6% decrease over the $189,002 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 113 homes sold in Kennedale in the second half of 2018.
