Median home valuations in Mansfield rose to $221,548 in the second half of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Mansfield rose by $3,778 while total valuation increased by 22.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 914 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $221,548 - a 1.7% increase over the $217,770 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 747 homes sold in Mansfield in the second half of 2018.
