Rising home valuations in Crowley in the first half of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Crowley rose by $6,920 while total valuation decreased by 10.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 231 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $145,847 - a 5% increase over the $138,927 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 257 homes sold in Crowley in the first half of 2018.
