Rendon median home valuations fell by 12.6% in the first half of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Rendon fell by $23,137 while total valuation decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 123 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $160,178 - a 12.6% decrease over the $183,315 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Rendon in the first half of 2018.
