Burleson home valuations fell in the first half of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Burleson fell by $9,277 while total valuation increased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 163 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $166,899 - a 5.3% decrease over the $176,176 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Burleson in the first half of 2018.
