The first half of 2019: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Mansfield rose by $9,531 while total valuation decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 689 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $216,690 - a 4.6% increase over the $207,159 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 801 homes sold in Mansfield in the first half of 2018.
