Falling home valuations in Crowley in the first half of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Crowley fell by $12,073 while total valuation remained unchanged with 257 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 257 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $138,927 - a 8% decrease over the $151,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 257 homes sold in Crowley in the first half of 2017, as well.
