Burleson median home valuations fell by 5% in the first half of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Burleson fell by $9,184 while total valuation decreased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 143 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $176,176 - a 5% decrease over the $185,360 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 196 homes sold in Burleson in the first half of 2017.
