Rendon home valuations rose in the first half of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Rendon rose by $2,470 while total valuation decreased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 141 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $183,315 - a 1.4% increase over the $180,845 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 153 homes sold in Rendon in the first half of 2017.
