The first half of 2018: Home valuations in Mansfield fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Mansfield fell by $26,613 while total valuation increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 801 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $207,159 - a 11.4% decrease over the $233,772 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 786 homes sold in Mansfield in the first half of 2017.
