Rising home valuations in Crowley in the first half of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Crowley rose by $22,716 while total valuation increased by 6.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 257 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $151,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $128,284 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 242 homes sold in Crowley in the first half of 2016.
