Kennedale median home valuations fell by 12.7% in the first half of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Kennedale fell by $25,589 while total valuation decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 105 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $176,358 - a 12.7% decrease over the $201,947 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Kennedale in the first half of 2016.
