How did home valuations perform in Rendon during the first half of 2017?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Rendon rose by $67,481 while total valuation decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 153 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $180,845 - a 59.5% increase over the $113,364 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 212 homes sold in Rendon in the first half of 2016.
