Burleson home valuations rose in the first half of 2017

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Burleson rose by $48,970 while total valuation decreased by 16.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 196 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $185,360 - a 35.9% increase over the $136,390 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 235 homes sold in Burleson in the first half of 2016.
