The first half of 2017: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Mansfield rose by $32,981 while total valuation decreased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 786 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $233,772 - a 16.4% increase over the $200,792 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 832 homes sold in Mansfield in the first half of 2016.
