Rising home valuations in Crowley in 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2019 in Crowley rose by $10,726 while total valuation increased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 513 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $150,224 - a 7.7% increase over the $139,499 median valuation for the previous year. There were 488 homes sold in Crowley in 2018.
