2019: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2019 in Mansfield rose by $8,694 while total valuation increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 1,603 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $220,009 - a 4.1% increase over the $211,316 median valuation for the previous year. There were 1,548 homes sold in Mansfield in 2018.
