Falling home valuations in Crowley in the third quarter of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Crowley fell by $8,054 while total valuation decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 133 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $147,452 - a 5.2% decrease over the $155,506 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Crowley in the third quarter of 2019.
