Rendon median home valuations fell by 12.8% in the third quarter of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Rendon fell by $25,652 while total valuation increased by 6.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 69 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $174,724 - a 12.8% decrease over the $200,376 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Rendon in the third quarter of 2019.
