How did home valuations perform in Burleson during the third quarter of 2020?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Burleson rose by $4,161 while total valuation increased by 13.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 93 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $184,810 - a 2.3% increase over the $180,649 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Burleson in the third quarter of 2019.
