The third quarter of 2020: Home valuations in Mansfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Mansfield rose by $7,011 while total valuation decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 460 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $230,819 - a 3.1% increase over the $223,809 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 486 homes sold in Mansfield in the third quarter of 2019.
