Valuation for the median home in Crowley increased during the fourth quarter of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Crowley rose by $7,082 while total valuation increased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 132 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $146,176 - a 5.1% increase over the $139,094 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 103 homes sold in Crowley in the fourth quarter of 2018.
