What happened to the median home valuation in Burleson during the fourth quarter of 2019?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Burleson fell by $2,730 while total valuation decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 70 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $163,524 - a 1.6% decrease over the $166,254 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Burleson in the fourth quarter of 2018.
