The fourth quarter of 2019: Kennedale experienced a 6.9% drop in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Kennedale fell by $12,738 while total valuation increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,634 - a 6.9% decrease over the $185,372 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Kennedale in the fourth quarter of 2018.
