Home valuations decreased in Rendon during the fourth quarter of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Rendon fell by $6,130 while total valuation decreased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 74 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $179,976 - a 3.3% decrease over the $186,106 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Rendon in the fourth quarter of 2018.
