Median home valuations in Mansfield rose to $218,780 in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Mansfield rose by $3,279 while total valuation increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 428 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $218,780 - a 1.5% increase over the $215,501 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 321 homes sold in Mansfield in the fourth quarter of 2018.
