What happened to the median home valuation in Burleson during the second quarter of 2019?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Burleson fell by $24,662 while total valuation increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 96 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $158,208 - a 13.5% decrease over the $182,870 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Burleson in the second quarter of 2018.
