Home valuations decreased in Rendon during the second quarter of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Rendon fell by $15,515 while total valuation remained unchanged with 83 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 83 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $168,797 - a 8.4% decrease over the $184,312 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Rendon in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
