Median home valuations in Mansfield rose to $221,873 in the second quarter of 2019

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Mansfield rose by $14,278 while total valuation decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 390 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $221,873 - a 6.9% increase over the $207,595 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 456 homes sold in Mansfield in the second quarter of 2018.
