Valuation for the median home in Crowley decreased during the second quarter of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Crowley fell by $7,807 while total valuation increased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 149 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $141,008 - a 5.2% decrease over the $148,815 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in Crowley in the second quarter of 2017.
