What happened to the median home valuation in Kennedale during the second quarter of 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Kennedale fell by $7,895 while total valuation decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $181,507 - a 4.2% decrease over the $189,401 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Kennedale in the second quarter of 2017.
